This service is on a one-to-one basis and is specifically for those who have been given the green light by their physios, but are not quite sure where to start their training to ensure they don’t get injured again. Take the guesswork out of your time in the weightroom and let me help you navigate your return to being strong and able again. Coaching and programming is delivered through the TrainHeroic app, and includes weekly check-ins, feedback on your form, and a steady progression of training that covers strength, mobility/stability, and aerobic fitness.
